Purpose data
Personal data is collected by Metazet for a number of purposes. These are explained below.
Contact
Your information will be collected when you contact Metazet through the website. However, this form only asks for the information necessary to provide a proposal or service, such as your name, company name, e-mail address, phone number and project description.
Analytics
The Metazet website collects your data to improve the website. This is done with Google Analytics. This data is anonymous and not linked to your personal data. This includes information such as the duration of your website visit or the pages you visit frequently.
All data is processed only with your express consent, or in fulfillment of the agreements entered into.

Hosting
Email from Metazet FormFlex is hosted by Microsoft Office 365. If you contact us through the forms or via email, those respective emails are stored on Microsoft’s servers.
Website
The Web site and backups of the Web site are hosted at WideXS. Data that you leave on the Metazet FormFlex Web site are stored on WideXS servers.
Storage period
Your data will be kept for a longer period of time by Metazet, but never longer than is necessary for carrying out activities, unless we are required to keep your data for longer under a legal regulation.
Contact
When you contact Metazet via e-mail, the data you send, such as your name, company name and e-mail address, will be stored on the mail server. These mails are stored for up to two years.
Analytics
The data collected by Analytics on the website is anonymous, i.e. not connected to your name, company or email address. This data is stored indefinitely within Google Analytics.
Security
No physical copies will be made of your personal data. Your data is managed only in the aforementioned systems and software.
Personal data managed by Metazet or by the aforementioned third parties can only be accessed through the above software and are protected by password and, where possible, by two-step verification.
In this two-step verification, a code is generated from software and sent to Metazet. This code should be used during the login process.
The devices that access your data are each themselves locked with a password and/or fingerprint. The number of devices that can access your data is limited to only the necessary devices.
In addition, your visit to our website is protected by an SSL certificate. This means that your connection to Metazet ‘s website is private. You will recognize this security by the green lock in front of the URL.
Your rights
Right of inspection
You have the right to request at any time that your data is recorded and stored at Metazet. You can do this by sending an e-mail or contacting Metazet by telephone. You will then receive an overview of your data.
Right of rectification
Is your data not correct? Or has your data changed? You have the right to have this rectified by Metazet.
Right to erasure of data
Do you no longer want your data recorded at Metazet? Then you have the right to have your data erased.
Right to file a complaint
You have the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Authority if you feel Metazet is not handling your data properly.
Right to stop data use (objection)
Do you not want Metazet to use your data? Then you have the right to stop the use of your personal data.

Duties
Metazet processes personal data based on legitimate interest, namely a commercial interest. Think of offering services or products of Metazet via e-mail. Your data will never be sold to third parties.
The data that are mandatory to provide are the minimum data required to offer the services or products. For example, your e-mail address or telephone number is required to contact you. If these mandatory data are not provided, Metazet cannot offer the service in question.
Should it be necessary to share data you have shared with Metazet with parties other than those listed above, your permission to do so will first be sought.
Metazet reserves the right to disclose data when required to do so by law or when Metazet deems it justified to comply with a legal request/process or to protect the rights, property or safety of Metazet.
